eTurboNews (eTN) announced it will support the International Tourism Expo (ETI) as a media partner. The event is scheduled to be held from May 13-16, 2015, at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan.

The International Tourism Expo – Puerto Rico is designed to showcase the beauty, sports, nature, adventure, and gastronomy experiences available throughout the Caribbean and beyond.
“This four-day event will include group meetings, social and cultural events, field trips, workshops, destination trainings, keynote addresses and more,” said Steinmetz, “plus the Exhibit Hall will be open for two days to the travel trade and one day to consumers.”
Registration and exhibitor set up opens on Wednesday, May 13, with a full day of exploration, which will include a tour of the Governor’s Mansion, followed by an evening of self-exploring old San Juan’s restaurants, known as the Food Capital of the Caribbean.
The next two days will be chock full of seminars and workshops on topics such as sales, customer service, and how to become a million dollar travel agent. There will be sessions on reputation management, wedding and honeymoon destinations, luxury travel, and travel trends. The exhibit hall will be open to trade in the afternoon on day 2 (Thursday) and in the morning on day 3 (Friday), and from morning until evening on day 4 (Saturday), along with a second day of exploration.
On the last exploration day, participants may choose from a rainforest zip line adventure, a visit to the Bacardi Rum Distillery, a sailing charter to Palomino, a history tour of Guaynabo, an adventure eco-tour, a rainforest hike, a historical and shopping tour of old and new San Juan, horseback riding, or an ATV rainforest adventure.
